A pre-prohibition style ale inspired by entrepreneur and German immigrant, Henry Binder. Mr. Binder constructed many brick buildings in Ann Arbor, including the iconic three-story building on 301 S. Main St. It was there he opened a "lager beer and refreshment saloon" that he named Orchestrion Hall after its entertainment system: a sort of giant music box that could imitate the sound of a wind orchestra.

Ingredients: 2 and 6 row malts with German Hops and Ann Arbor water

What You Should Taste: Malty, smooth and dry with a rounded “roastiness”

Try it with:
Good Music, Friends and a love of Ann Arbor history
