  • Beer Characteristics IconGold, Crisp, and Bitter
  • Beer AVB Gauge IconABV 6.7%

Pilsner and pale malts, flaked oats, and white wheat. 3 (sometimes 4) hop additions. The first at a low temperature whirlpool. A second at primary fermentation. A third immediately after the ferment. Sometimes we add a fourth addition before packaging. A combination of MOSAIC, GALAXY, SIMCOE, CITRA, and even MOTUEKA. We do not use lactose in this beer. We use S-33 hops and ferment at a ridiculously high temperature.

What You Should Taste: As with traditional NEIPAs, this beer has very little bitterness. The nose should be very floral. It is easy drinking for its ABV and has a touch of sweetness.

Try it with: Tropical fruits, creamy cheeses, spicy meals and cool desserts.

Did you know? The original version was called "Anti-Dan". Ask a brewer why and try our Hi-Lo Jack.
